<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Leana
<br />Husman, a single person, Trustor, to the Grand Island City Attorney, named therein, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of the City of Grand Island, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 23, 1994 and filed for
<br />record on the 23rd day of May 1994, and recorded as Document #94-104309 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which secured an original indebtedness in an amount up
<br />to Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00), and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:

<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />which has the address of915 W. 2nd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801, together with all

<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
