<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by COAD JAY
<br />MILLER AKA COAD J MILLER AND MARTINA PETRA DOETSCH AKA MARTINA DOETSCH AKA
<br />MARTINA P DOETSCH. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK,
<br />formerly known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated JANUARY 18.2002, and recorded JANUARY 18. 2002, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200200769 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated JANUARY 18.2002, executed by COAD JAY MILLER AKA COAD J
<br />MILLER AND MARTINA PETRA DOETSCH AKA MARTINA DOETSCH AKA MARTINA P DOETSCH.
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and
<br />recorded on JANUARY 18.2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200200769, has been paid on OCTOBER 26, 2006

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />PARCEL S: THE EASTERLY FIFTY FEET (ESO') OF LOT SEVENTY NINE (79) AND THE WESTERLY
<br />TWENTY FEET (W20') OF LOT EIGHTY (80), WOLFE'S SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
<br />
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
<br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on OCTOBER 26, , 2006.
