In consideration of the acceptance ofthe plat of said GILBERT ACRES SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving or repaving district for Schimmer Drive where it abuts the subdivision. 2. Water.
