<br />, <br /> <br />200609515 <br /> <br />WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />Pedcor Investments, A Limited Liability Company, a Wyoming limited liability company, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) received <br />from GRANTEE, Pedcor Investments-2005-LXXXII, L.
