<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Oscar D. Erives and Nancy L. Erives, Husband and Wife as Trustor,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank
<br />& Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 7th day of October 2005, and recorded
<br />on the 14th day of October 2005, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No.0200510199, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />The West 22 feet of Lot Six (6), Block Thirty One (31), Original Town of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
