<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of certain Deeds of
<br />Trust dated March 6,2002; and August 4,2003, and filed for record in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 14,2002 as Instrument No. 200202804; and on
<br />August 8, 2003 as Instrument No. 200310365 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />Books, wherein Troy L. Lyon, II, alk/a Troy Leon Lyon, II and Sandra K. Lyon, a/k/a Sandra
<br />Kay Lyon, Husband and Wife were identified as Trustors;

<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, ofthe
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under certain Deeds of Trust dated
<br />March 6, 2002; and August 4,2003, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 14,2002 as Instrument No. 200202804; and on August 8, 2003 as
<br />Instrument No. 200310365, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($123,000.00), as credit against the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial
<br />interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Equitable Bank herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />LOT FIVE (5), EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY
<br />DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 137, PAGE 559 AND THE WESTERLY NINETEEN
<br />(19) FEET OF LOT SIX (6), ALL IN BLOCK ONE (1), WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
