<br />CENTRAL NEBRASKA GOODWILL HOUSING II, INC., herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration ot the sum ot One Dollar ($1.00), receipt ot which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-ot-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part
<br />ot Lot Three (3) Dowd Subdivision in the City ot Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the
<br />easement and right-ot-way being more particularly described as tollows:
<br />The westerly eight (8.0) teet ot the easterly one hundred twenty nine (129.0)
<br />teet ot Lot Three (3) Dowd Subdivision.
