<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.o. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by JIM S DENMAN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON AND CAROLE S VEJVODA. AN UNMARRIED
<br />PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as, EQUITABLE
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated OCTOBER 8. 1996,
<br />and recorded OCTOBER 8.1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 96M107912 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JIM S DENMAN. AN UNMARRIED PERSON AND CAROLE S VEJVODA, AN
<br />UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand
<br />Island, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated OCTOBER 8. 1996, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 96M107912, has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />NEBRASKA. and A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE WESTERLY 4.00 FEET OF LOT FIVE (5),
<br />BLOCK TWO (2), MEVES FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />SAID TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST
<br />CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 5 FOR A
<br />DISTANCE OF 43.00 FEET; THENCE RUNNING NORTHERLY FOR 6.40 FEET TO A POINT 4.00 FEET EAST
<br />OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY PARALLEL WITH AND 4.00 FEET EASTERLY
<br />FROM THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 5 FOR 48.00 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE
