<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor"), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Jerry A. Sample Jr., and Lori L. Sample, husband and wife (hereinafter called "Grantee"), whether one

<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.

<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.c. ~ 1701 ~ g:g.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, ~ 3531).
