Lyon, II, a/k/a Troy Leon Lyon, II and Sandra K. Lyon, alkJa Sandra Kay Lyon, <br />Husband and Wife were identified as Trustors; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in <br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and <br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the <br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the <br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R.
