<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of certain Deeds of
<br />Trust dated April 7, 2000; and March 6, 2002 and filed for record in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, April 10, 2000 as Instrument No. 200002827; and on March
<br />14,2002 as Instrument No. 200202804 in the office ofthe Hall County Register of Deeds,
<br />wherein Troy L. Lyon, II, a/k/a Troy Leon Lyon, II and Sandra K. Lyon, alkJa Sandra Kay Lyon,
<br />Husband and Wife were identified as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under certain Deeds of Trust dated
<br />April 7, 2000; and March 6, 2002, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on April 1 0, 2000 as Instrument No. 200002827; and on March 14,2002 as
<br />Instrument No. 200202804, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />Forty-Two Thousand Five Hundred and No/lOO Dollars ($42,500.00), as credit against the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial
<br />interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Larry Grabowski and Rosemarie Grabowski, husband and wife, herein called the Grantee,
<br />the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />NORTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 5, A
<br />DISTANCE OF 27.2 FEET; THENCE TURNING AND RUNNING WESTERLY

<br />OF 57.5 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE

<br />RUNNING EASTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERLY LOT LINE OF SAID
<br />LOT 5, A DISTANCE OF 48.6 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE TURNING AT AN
<br />ANGLE AND RUNNING NORTHEASTERLY, A DISTANCE OF 16 FEET 3 12
