Quandt, <br /> <br />GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Quandt, during said life use, shall pay all real estate taxes and assessments levied on said real estate and shall <br />not commit waste upon the premises. <br />GRANTOR has determ ined that the GRANTEES are the person or persons entitled to distribution of <br />the real estate from said estate, subject to the life use as herein set forth.
