<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ~ay of October, 2006, GMAC Mortgage
<br />Corporation, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />against Jeffrey L. Fern, Barbara 1. Fern, and Discover Bank, as the defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Jeffrey L.
<br />Fern, marital status unknown, and Barbara 1. Fern, marital status unknown, to BridgeSpan Title
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of E-Loan, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien
<br />upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the
<br />sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such
<br />deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated April 10, 2003, and
<br />was recorded June 13,2003, as Instrument Number 200307485 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
