<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims
<br />and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Jerrv Lee Allen and Ellen Dawn Allen, Husband and

<br />1,244.68 feet, thence S86002'36" E 525.03 feet, thence NOO"02'36" W parallel to the West line of said SWl/4,
<br />1,418.54 feet to a point on the North line of said SWl/4, thence S89050'34" E along said North line 396.92 feet,
<br />thence SOOo02'36" E parallel to the West line of said SWl/4, 2,628.21 feet, to a point on the South line of said
<br />SWl/4, thence N89051 '23" W along said South line 920.70 feet to the point of beginning, continuing 38.71

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction ofthe obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No. 91104663, on July 15, 1991, pursuant to Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76-1014.

<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
