Schellpeper and Cinthia S. Schellpeper, husband and wife to First American title <br />insurance company, Trustee for the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial Nebraska, Inc. f/k/a <br />Norwest Financial Nebraska, Inc. the Beneficiary named therein, July 13, 2005 and <br />recorded on August 10th, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, <br />Nebraska., Inst.
