<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. wherein Deutscl1t: Bank, f/k/a Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A.,
<br />not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee or its permitted successor and assigns, on
<br />behalf of Vendee Mortgage Trust 1999-3, by and through its loan servicing agent, Countrywide
<br />Home Loans, Inc is Plaintiff and Sammy E. McCallay and Christine L. McCallay, are the
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of
<br />the amount due Plaintiff on the mortgage dated July 29, 1999, and filed in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on July 30,1999, as Instrument No. 0099107691,
<br />wherein Sammy E. McCallay and Christine L. McCallay, as husband and wife, mortgaged and
<br />conveyed to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot 8, Block 6, Wallich's Addition and its complement Lot 8,
<br />Block 21, Fairview Park Addition, all in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interests
<br />of Defendants, Sammy E. McCallay and Christine L. McCallay, in said real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so
<br />found due, together with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said Defendants of all right, title,
<br />interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the said real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the court may seem just
<br />and equitable.
