<br />Trust; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate ifthis Deed of Trust is on a
<br />leasehold) are hereinafter referred to as the "Property." Trustor understands and agrees that Beneficiary holds only
<br />legal title to the interests granted by Trustor in this Deed of Trust, but, if necessary to comply with law or custom,

<br />interests, including, but not limited to, the right to foreclose and sell the Property; and to take any action required of
