<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rene W. l/'/
<br />Lopez and Juana M. Lopez, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE .BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated November 1,2004, and
<br />recorded November 18, 2004, instrument number 0200411212, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
