<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated NOVEMBER 12, 1998,

<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS ATTORNEY IN FACT FOR
<br />DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS CUSTODIAN OR TRUSTEE, FKA BANKERS
<br />TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A. AS CUSTODIAN OR TRUSTEE UNDER THE
<br />APPLICABLE CUSTODIAL OR TRUST AGREEMENT, has requested a reconveyance of the trust properly
