<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

<br />JIM S. DENMAN, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Robert J. Denman, Deceased, pursuant to the authority granted by
<br />the Decedent's Last Will and Testament and the provisions of the
<br />Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND
<br />OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received from Grantee, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JIM S. DENMAN, an undivided
<br />one-third interest, DIXIE D. SANGER, an undivided one-third
<br />interest, and LINDA J. LUDDINGTON, an undivided one-third
<br />interest, Grantees, the following described real property:
<br />
<br />LOT FORTY-TWO (42) ARGO FOURTH SUBDIVISION,
<br />TO THE VILLAGE OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />subject to easements, restrictions of record, and roadways,
<br />together with all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any
<br />part thereof.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantees and Grantees' heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described
<br />is free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim
<br />for taxes levied agaipst the es~tL~ RObey J. Denman, Deceased.
