<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer, as
<br />
<br />trustee under the Trust Deed dated JULY 29. 2005, and recorded on AUGUST 5. 2005. as
<br />
<br />INSTRUMENT NO. 0200507603, and Trust Deed dated JULY 14, 2006. and recorded on
<br />JULY 17. 2006. as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200606356. both in the Office of the Register of
<br />
<br />Deeds of HALL COUNTY. STATE OF NEBRASKA. and executed by MCNELIS DEVELOPMENT.

<br />L.L.C.. A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank
<br />
<br />is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank
<br />
<br />the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured
<br />
<br />by such trust deeds have been fully paid and that such trust deeds and the notes secured
<br />
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />
<br />deeds, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, with-
