<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JEROME
<br />W NIEDFELT and DORALENE F NIEDFELT, not personally but as Trustees on behalf of JEROME W
<br />NIEDFEL T REVOCABLE TRUST ("Trustor") to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 10,2002, and recorded April 12,2002 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No. 0200203968, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
