<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JEROME
<br />W. NIEDFELT and DORALENE NIEDFELT, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor to
<br />United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 15, 1998, and recorded
<br />October 16, 1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in
<br />Instrument No. 98-110160, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
