<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JEROME
<br />W. NIEDFELT and DORALENE NIEDFELT, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor to
<br />United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 15, 1998, and recorded
