Connick, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated December 16, 2004, wherein Elizabeth 1. Duering, a Single Person and Justin E. <br />Zimmer, a Single Person, are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 17,2004, as Instrument No. 200412132 and <br />contains as trust property, the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />~ <br />~~ <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Ninety (90), Wheeler & Bennett's Fourth Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part ofthe property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to pay, when <br />due, all real estate taxes against the property before the same became delinquent, as required by <br />the Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated December 16, 2004, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiaries, TRINIDAD J. AGUILAR and BONNIE J.
