<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jane A.
<br />McDonald and Kim Jungck, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated August 24, 2005, and
<br />recorded August 30, 2005, instrument number 0200508525 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
