<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />
<br />JIM S. DENMAN, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Robert J. Denman, Deceased, pursuant to the authority granted by
<br />the Decedent's Last Will and Testament and the provisions of the
<br />Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND
<br />OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION , received from Grantee, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto SHARON R. MEIER, TRUSTEE OF
<br />THE SHARON R. MEIER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT, dated July
<br />26, 2001, as Amended, Grantee, an undivided one-half interest in
<br />and to the following described real property and unto WAYNE K.
<br />MEIER, TRUSTEE OF THE WAYNE K. MEIER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
<br />AGREEMENT, dated July 26, 2001, as Amended, Grantee, an undivided
<br />one-half interest in and to the following described real property:

<br />THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(El/2 SE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY (20),
<br />TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10)
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P. M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, together with all improvements
<br />located thereon, containing 80 acres,
<br />more or less
<br />
<br />subject to easements, restrictions of record, and roadways,
<br />together with all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Decedent of, in and to the same, or any
<br />part thereof.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described
<br />is free and clear of any liens, taxes or encumbrance against the
<br />estate of Robert J. Denman, Deceased.
