Denman, Deceased, pursuant to the authority granted by <br />the Decedent's Last Will and Testament and the provisions of the <br />Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND <br />OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION , received from Grantee, does grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto SHARON R. MEIER, TRUSTEE OF <br />THE SHARON R. MEIER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT, dated July <br />26, 2001, as Amended, Grantee, an undivided one-half interest in <br />and to the following described real property and unto WAYNE K. <br />MEIER, TRUSTEE OF THE WAYNE K. MEIER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST <br />AGREEMENT, dated July 26, 2001, as Amended, Grantee, an undivided <br />one-half interest in and to the following described real property: <br /> <br />THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br />(El/2 SE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY (20), <br />TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) <br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.
