<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4SEl/4) of Section Twenty (20), in Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />BegilUling at the Southwest comer of Bel-Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said point being 253.04
<br />feet north and 33.0 feet east of the southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEl/4SEI/4) of
<br />said Section 20; thence running easterly along and upon the south line of said Bel-Air Addition, a distance of 77.5 feet;
<br />thence running southerly along and upon a line 110.5 feet easterly from and parallel to the west line of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1I4SE 1/4) of said Section 20, a distance of 106.0 feet; thence running westerly
<br />along and upon a line 106.0 feet southerly from and parallel to the southerly line of Bel-Air Addition, a distance of77.5
<br />feet; thence running northerly along and upon a line 33.0 feet easterly from and parallel to the west line of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4SE I /4) of said Section 20, a distance of 106.0 feet to the place of beginning..

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of October, 2006.
