<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Randal Swanek and Cindy S. Swanek, husband and wife as joint tenants to First
<br />American title insurance company, Trustee for the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial
<br />Nebraska, Inc. f/k/a Norwest Financial Nebraska, Inc. the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />July 22, 2003 and recorded on July 31 S\ 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall
<br />County, Nebraska., Inst. No. 0200309909 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
