<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Vicki S.
<br />King, a single woman Trustor, to Adams Bank & Trust, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams
<br />Bank & Trust, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 11, 2006, and recorded on May,
<br />23,2006, in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number
<br />0200604587 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />and release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only
<br />as to such premises:

<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK ONE (1), CONTINENTAL GARDENS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
