<br />Know All Men by These Presents:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed Trust executed and delivered by Antony W.
<br />Heupel and Kelly D. Heupel, husband and wife, Trustors, to Old Republic National Title Ins. Co., as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on November 9, 1993 as Instrument No. 93-109697 has been paid; and the Beneficiary thereunder has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, the undersigned as Successor Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Successor Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
