Zimmerman and Emily A. Zimmerman, husband and wife, <br />Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />November 15,2004 as Instrument No. 0200411079, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described <br />real estate, to~wit: <br /> <br />LOT ELEVEN (11), IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN KNICKREHM FIFTH ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
