The Hall County Board of Supervisors on March 21, 2006, approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Grand Island for a Co-Located City/County Public Safety Center which requires the County of Hall to convey to the City of Grand Island the hereinafter described property. 2. The Hall County Board of Supervisors, on March 21, 2006, by motion duly made and adopted, approved Resolution:~ ~ authorizing the conveyance of the hereinafter described property and further authorizing the Chairman of the County Board to execute a warranty deed on behalf of the County of RaIl, Nebraska, conveying said property.
