HUSBAND AND WIFE, <br />as Grantor, with~RRY J MILNER, A MEMBEROF NEBRASKA BAR ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, was recorded <br />8/3/2000, as Document # 200006286, Hall Register of Deeds County Office of the Register of Deeds, State of <br />Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and <br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R. <br />BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R.
