I--" c:::> ~ <br /> 0 ~ r0 7<: <br /> \' :> rv <br /> G) '-" '-" a <br /> CD (J1 ~ <br /> (J1 z <br /> 0 <br /> EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this J..L)"T...r day SEPTEMBER <br />2006 , by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br /> <br />It), ~o <br /> <br />SCOTT A SCHWIEGER, A SINGLE PERSON <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />LOT TWO (2), RAUERT SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JULY 13.2000 filed for record on JULY 14.2000 in the <br />office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />in DOCUMENT # 0200005715; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />TrustJMortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO OCTOBER 1. 2036. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
