Morledge. Trustee of the <br />Morledge Familv Trust Dated December 10. 1998 , hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />LOT NINE (9), REGENCY BY THE GREEN SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated APRIL 28, 2006 , and filed for record on <br />May 1. 2006 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 0200603804: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of August I, 2021 : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto <br />give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed <br />of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to November 1, 2021 . <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.----Except as--Speciflcally modi-fiedby this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness <br />concurrently herewith extended. <br />
