<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by EFREN MENDOZA and ROSA E MENDOZA, ~~
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank , ~
<br />of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated MARCH 13, 2006 and recorded in the office of the -
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200602507 , has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
