<br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Trust Deed dated January 21, 1999 and executed by Leroy G. Cote and Josephine K. Cote, as Trustees of <br />the Cote Family Revocable Living Trust dated February 5, 1998, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a <br />Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as <br />Instrument #99-101111 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska on the 1 st day of February, 1999 and and <br />re-recorded as #99~101580 on the lih day of February, 1999, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Sixty~four (64), in Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 21 st day of September, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ~ <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 21st day of September, <br />2006, by Edward M.
