WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Trust Deed dated January 21, 1999 and executed by Leroy G. Cote and Josephine K. Cote, as Trustees of the Cote Family Revocable Living Trust dated February 5, 1998, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #99-101111 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska on the 1 st day of February, 1999 and and re-recorded as #99~101580 on the lih day of February, 1999, WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: Lot Ten (10), in Block Sixty~four (64), in Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand Island, Nebraska this 21 st day of September, 2006.
