<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated April 1 , 1999 and executed by Leroy G _ Cote and Josephine K. Cote, as Trustees of the
<br />Cote Family Revocable Living Trust dated February 5, 1998, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as
<br />Instrument #99.103756 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska on the 12th day of April, 1999,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Forty-six (46), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 19th day of September, 2006.
