<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Randall S Mendyk. an Unmarried
<br />Person, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand
<br />Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 3. 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document No. 0200504255, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.

<br />Inconsideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
