?Jllal::1' ADDENDUM (Nebraska) 1. On page 4, in paragraph C, in the first line, the following language should be inserted after the word fixtures: "(as defined in the UCC)" 2. In Section 4.03, in the second line, after the word "discretion ", the following language should be inserted: "and in accordance with Nebraska Law, including, without limitation, the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, as amended," 3. The following sentence shall be added after the last sentence of Section 6.03: " Trustor hereby requests that a copy of any notice of default and a copy of any notice of sale shall be mailed to the Trustor at the address set forth herein, as provided in the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, as amended. While hereby expressly reserving the priority of this Deed of Trust as established by law, Trustee and Beneficiary hereunder request that a copy of any notice of default and any notice of sale under any deed of trust recorded against the Trust Property either prior to, or subsequent to the date this Deed of Trust is recorded be mailed to each at their respective addresses set forth in this Deed of Trust." 4. The following two (2) new sections shall be added to the end of Article VI of the Deed of Trust: "6.27. Non -A cultural Property, No portion of the Trust Property is or will be "agricultural property" under applicable Nebraska law at any time prior to satisfaction of the Obligations. 6.28.
