""'t-'-' t:.J""'t~ I I. t.J.....J/ U--' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />200608846 <br /> <br />It was moved, seconded, and carried that the following resolution be adopted: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that Deeds and Conveyances, instrlJments and <br />other contractual obligations binding the Bank, shall be executed by <br />the Chief Executive Officer or by the President, or by an Executive <br />Vice President and, if required, attested to by the Secretary or an <br />Assistant Secretary. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Assignments of Mortgages. <br />Assignments of Deeds of Trust, Releases of Mortgages, Deeds of <br />Reconveyance, Termination Statements, Subordination <br />Agreements, and Certificates of Title Lien Releases shall be <br />executed by anyone of the following persons and, if required, <br />attested to by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary: <br /> <br />Gilbert G.
