<br />For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Branden B.
<br />Leffler and Lynne M. Leffler, Husband and wife,' Trustor to 'First State Banl('as-Trusleei'for the benefit ofthe
<br />Beneficiary, dated September 5, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Inst. 200608168 on September 12, 2006, has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />thence N02027'41"E a distance of 697.07 feet; thence N90000'00''E a distance of 345.75 feet to said West
<br />R.OW. line; thence continuing N90000'00''E a distance of 33.00 feet to the East line of said SE %; thence
<br />SOOoOO'OO"E upon and along said East line a distance of 1113.52 feet to the point of beginning.
