<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JOSHUA KUCK AND DEENA KUCK. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA nON
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated FEBRUARY 12.
<br />2003 and recorded MARCH 6.2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200302666 bas been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
