<br />\VrIEREAS, Thomas C. Huston is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated

<br />May 16, 2005, ("Deed of Trust") executed by Thomas Hohnbaum and Pamela

<br />Hohnbaum, husband and wife, as Grantors, for the benefit of Little B's Corporation,
<br />
<br />a Nebraska corporation, as the Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded on
<br />
<br />May 26,2005, as Instrument No. 200504749 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, Little B's Corporation, has requested a

<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
