<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the c2S1ay of September, 2006, CitiMortgage, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Emilie Rodriguez, Martin
<br />Rodriguez, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown, as the defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Emilie
<br />Rodriguez and Martin Rodriguez, wife and husband, to Paragon Home Lending, LLC, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Paragon Home
<br />Lending, LLC, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the
<br />above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust, including all buildings, structures,
<br />improvements, and attachments located within the above-described real estate permanently affixed to said
<br />real estate and made a permanent part thereof, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is
<br />dated July 22, 2004, and was recorded on July 26, 2004, as Instrument Number 0200407349 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described
<br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />All that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Three (3), in Lakeview, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point Fiftywsix (56) feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot Four (4)
<br />in said Block; running thence East parallel with the North boundary line of said Lots, a
<br />distance of Seventy (70) feet; thence South, parallel with the West boundary line of said
<br />Lot Four (4), a distance of Forty-two (42) feet; thence West, a distance of Seventy (70)
<br />feet; and thence North a distance of Forty-two (42) feet to the place of beginning
<br />EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Return of
<br />Appraisers recorded in Book 21 Page 685;

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on September 13, 2006, as Instrument Number 0200608191 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
