<br />Leonor Rivera. husband and wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal SavinQs Bank as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated May 4, 2001,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page or
<br />Instrument Number 0200104091 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
