<br />Dubbs. a sinale man as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 18, 2001, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />0200110615 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
