Rev. Stat. g76-201): <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Block Nine (9), West View Subdivision, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property"). <br /> <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br /> <br />a. is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, <br />except easements and encumbrances of record; <br /> <br />b. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br /> <br />c. warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br /> <br />GRANTOR acknowledges and agrees that the Property is transferred to GRANTEE to facilitate <br />the ultimate transfer of the Property to an employee of Saint Francis Medical Center to be <br />identified by the Saint Francis l\'ledical Center Foundation (the "Foundation") alld who meets <br />the requirements of the Housing Development Corporation's Home Buyer Program. <br />GRANTEE agrees to transfer the Property by general warranty deed within one hundred eighty <br />days (180) after the date of this deed to the party identified by the Foundation. If the transfer <br />described in the previous sentence does not occur with the time described in that sentence, the <br />Property will be put on the market and sold at fair market value with the proceeds being <br />distributed to Saint Francis Medical Center and to the Housing Development Corporation for <br />reimbursement of predetermined investment and improvement costs. <br /> <br />DB02/580026 0005/7241 165.1 <br />
