Rev. Stat. 976-201): <br /> <br />Lot Jj Block~, We::;.! ~'e I.1.J Subdivision, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property"). <br /> <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br /> <br />a. is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, <br />except easements and encumbrances of record; <br /> <br />b. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br /> <br />c. warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br /> <br />GRANTOR acknowledges and agrees that the Property is transferred to GRANTEE to facilitate <br />the ultimate transfer of the Property to an employee of Saint Francis Medical Center to be <br />identified by the Saint Francis Medical Center Foundation (the "Foundation") and who meets <br />the requirements of the Housing Development Corporation's Home Buyer Program. <br />GRANTEE agrees to transfer the Property by general warranty deed within one hundred eighty <br />days (180) after the date of this deed to the party identified by the Foundation.
