<br />MERLEEN J. JOHNSON, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of estate
<br />planning, conveys to GRANTEE, MERLEEN J. JOHNSON, TRUSTEE UNDER THE
<br />MERLEEN J. JOHNSON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 28, 1995, or her

<br />Northwest Corner ofsaid Quarter Section; thence Southerly a distance of 907.45 feet along the West
<br />line of said Quarter Section; thence Northeasterly deflecting 1211035'49" Left, a distance of76.30 feet
<br />to a point on the South line of the property owned by the Grantor; thence Northerly deflecting
<br />59009'55" Left, a distance of867.60 feet to a point on the North line of said Quarter Section; thence
<br />Westerly deflecting 89023'46"Left, a distance of 69.28 feet along said line to the point of beginning
<br />(containing 1.37 acres, more or less).

<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that

<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements and restrictions of record;

<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
